米非司酮联合甲睾酮治疗围绝经期妇女子宫肌瘤的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察米非司酮联合甲睾酮治疗围绝经期妇女子宫肌瘤的临床效果。方法选择2014年6月至2016年6月收治的80例围绝经期子宫肌瘤妇女,按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组40例。对照组给予米非司酮治疗,观察组采用米非司酮联合甲睾酮方法治疗。治疗24周后,观察治疗前后两组患者的孕酮(P)、促卵泡激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E2)等激素水平,观察子宫体积、肌瘤体积和血红蛋白水平的变化,比较两组患者的临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗前,两组患者各激素水平、子宫体积、肌瘤体积和血红蛋白水平比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者各激素水平、子宫体积、肌瘤体积和血红蛋白水平改善情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗总有效率为95.00%,优于对照组为82.50%(P<0.05),两组不良反应比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论米非司酮联合甲睾酮治疗围绝经期子宫肌瘤的临床效果确切,可有效改善患者机体微循环及性激素水平,促使肌瘤缩小,改善贫血,缓解临床症状。Objective To observe the clinical effect of mifepristone combined with methyltestosterone in the treatment of uterine fibroids in perimenopausal women. Methods Forty-eight women with perimenopausal uterine fibroids who were treated in June 2014 and June 2016 were divided into two groups according to the random number table method. The control group was treated with mifepristone,and the observation group was treated with mifepristone combined with methyltestosterone. After 24 weeks of treatment,the levels of progesterone（ P）,follicle stimulating hormone（ FSH）,luteinizing hormone（ LH） and estradiol（ E2） were observed before and after treatment.The uterine volume,fibroid volume and Hemoglobin levels were compared,compared between the two groups of patients with clinical efficacy and adverse reactions occurred. Results There were no significant differences in hormone levels,uterine volume,fibroid volume and hemoglobin level between the two groups before treatment（ P 〉 0.05）. After treatment,the levels of hormone,uterine volume,fibroid volume and（ P 〈 0. 05）. The total effective rate was 95. 00% in the observation group and 82. 50%（ P 〈 0. 05）. There was no significant difference between the two groups（ P 〉 0. 05）. Conclusion The hemoglobin level of the two groups was significantly higher than that of the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Mifepristone combined with methyltestosterone in the treatment of perimenopausal uterine fibroids is effective and can improve the microcirculation and sex hormone levels of the patients,promote fibroids to reduce the anemia and alleviate the clinical symptoms.
