摘　　要：新时期很多高校的大学生党员呈现出功利化趋势严重、质量跟不上数量等新问题和新特点,其关键在于缺少科学的大学生党员发展质量保障机制。新形势下,高校应从党员发展阶段质量保障机制、党员后续教育长效保障机制、基层党组织质量保障机制和考核评价机制四个方面入手,构建起科学的大学生党员质量保障机制,从而有效提升大学生党员质量。In the new era, the party members of college students in many colleges and universities have shown some new problems and new features, such as the tendency of utilitarianism, the quality can not keep up with the quantity, and the key is the lack of scientific quality assurance system for the development of college student party members. Under the new situation, colleges and universities should be the party development of quality guarantee mechanism, safeguard mechanism, long-term follow-up education Party grassroots party organization quality guarantee mechanism and assessment mechanism in four aspects, establish scientific quality guarantee mechanism of Party members of college students, so as to effectively improve the quality of Party members of College students.
