塔里木盆地历史文化遗产保护的特殊性分析

摘　　要：塔里木盆地是丝绸之路的重要经行地,区域内历史文化遗产的保护面临着特殊困境:首先,塔里木盆地面积广袤,是我国文化遗产分布面积最大的区域,并且文化遗产种类繁多;其次,塔里木地区恶劣的气候,如常年盛行的沙漠性大风扬沙天气和夏季偶发的集中强降雨,极易对土遗址造成损害;再次,塔里木地区是我国"西气东输"的起点,是国家能源重要的战略储备地,如何在大规模能源开发的背景下对文化遗产进行保护,也是急需解决的现实问题。因此,保护好塔里木文化遗产,对于弘扬丝路文化、提高国家文化软实力意义重大。The Tarim Basin is an important site of the Silk Road, where the protection of the historical and cultural relics is facing special difficulties： Firstly, the Tarim basin area is the largest regional distribution area of historical and cultural relics in our country and the heritageis are various; Secondly, the unique climate of the Tarim region makes the protection of the historical and cultural resources face more complex and difficult situation. For example, the perennial popularity desert wind, the seasonal high - strength corrosion and the occasional concentrated heavy rainfall insummer are easy to damagethe earthen ruins; Thirdly, the Tarim region is the origin of the West - East natural gas transmission project. How to protect the historical and cultural heritage underthesituation of energy development in the area is the important problem to solve. Therefore, the protection of the historical and cultural resources has the vital significance on carrying forward the Silk Road culture and improving the soft power of national culture.
