摘 要:目的:探讨应用锥形束CT(cone beam computed tomography,CBCT)定位、诊断,指导上颌尖牙-侧切牙唇侧易位的分步牵引治疗。方法:选取在南京医科大学附属口腔医院正畸科矫治的上颌尖牙-侧切牙唇侧易位的青少年患者22例,计26颗尖牙,获取其治疗前的CBCT数据,根据其易位特征分为5类,并依据分类制定矫治方案,模拟矫治步骤与施力的方向,指导临床治疗。结果:19颗Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ和部分Ⅳ类易位尖牙牵引复位,3颗Ⅳ、Ⅴ类易位尖牙牵引替代拔除的切牙,2颗Ⅳ类尖牙维持易位,2颗Ⅴ类尖牙被拔除。结论:CBCT辅助上颌唇侧易位尖牙分类,指导治疗方案的制定,提高治疗成功率。Objective:To discuss cone beam computed tomography(CBCT)guided step-by-step traction of labial transposition of maxillary canine and lateral incisor.Methods:Twenty-two teenagers(26canines)who visited Affiliated Stomatological Hospital of Nanjing Medical University for treatment of labial transposition of maxillary canine and lateral incisor were selected.CBCT was taken before treatment.Canines were divided into 5groups and treatment was simulated.Results:Nineteen canines belonged to classⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲand part ofⅣ were successfully draged.Three canines belonged to classⅣor classⅤreplaced the extracted incisors.Two canines belonged to classⅣ maintained the position,and 2canine belonged to classⅤcanines were extracted.Conclusion:Classifying maxillary labial transposed canine with CBCT can guide the treatment plan,therefore improve the success rate of treatment.
