摘 要:达芬奇机器人手术为常规胸腔镜手术的弊端带来了一个全新的解决方案。目前一些大的临床中心已证明机器人手术在淋巴结清扫,高难度、高风险的胸部外科手术比常规胸腔镜手术更具优势,其降低了手术的难度,同时让外科医生更加舒适的完成手术。目前,达芬奇机器人技术几乎运用于几乎所有的普胸外科手术(除外肺移植),其食管外科,肺外科,纵隔外科中已得到广泛运用,然而作为一种新的手术技术,其安全性及疗效尚待进一步验证,患者围术期疗效和长期预后等方面的比较成为目前研究的热点。Da Vinci robotic assisted surgery has brought a completely new solution to the drawbacks of routine thoracoscopic surgery. At present, some large clinical centers have proved that robotic surgery gets more advantages than conventional thoracoseopic surgery in Jymph node dissection, chest surgery with high difficulty and high risk, which reduces the difficulty of the operation, while allowing surgeons to feel more comfortable. Da Vinci robot technology used in almost all of the thoracic surgery ( except lung transplantation), widely used in the esophageal surgery, lung surgery, mediastinum surgery, but as a new surgical technique, its safety and efficacy remains to be further verified, comparisons of the perioperative outcome and long-term prognosis are the research hotspot.
