摘　　要：油料专业训练是重要的后勤训练科目,是重要的实践教学环节,其训练效果直接影响着教学质量。但目前院校油料专业训练绩效评价较少,对评价的必要性缺乏认识。结合油料专业训练绩效评价的实际,根据绩效评价体系建立的原则与方法,建立了科学、适用的评价指标体系,并运用AHP法确定了绩效评价指标的权重,而后建立了基于EWAA算子的绩效评价模型,并进行了实例验证,充分说明了基于AHP-EWAA绩效评价模型的可用性。Not only does the training on petroleum play an important role in the fieht of training on logistic, but also it＇ s a circuit of practical teaching whose training effect directly affects the quality of teaching. Because of the lack of awareness of the necessity of evaluation ,the evaluation of the college professional training performance of petroleum is lacking. Combining the actual professional training performance evaluation on petroleum,we establish a scientific and applicable evaluation index system and use AHP to determine the index weight of the performance evaluation according to the principles and methods of establishing the performance evaluation system, and then build a performance evaluation model based on EWAA operator. The model is verified in the example,which fully demonstrates the usability of the performance evaluation model based on AHP-EWAA.
