摘 要:建立配气机构的连续体动力学模型,用于分析配气机构的动力学特性和激励源特性;利用有限元法建立内燃机整机结构的振动预测模型,通过施加配气机构的激励力来预测由配气机构引起的内燃机结构振动特性;建立配气机构动力学试验台架,以电动机倒拖凸轮实现配气机构的模拟工作,通过实测的配气机构动力学和结构表面振动规律对预测方法进行验证.The dynamic model of valve train was developed by continuous body method. The model was used to ana- lyze the dynamic and exciting characteristics of the valve train operation system. On the other hand, the vibration model of engine structure was built by finite element method. The vibration conditions of engine structure induced by a valve train element were predicted by applying the exciting force on the engine structure. The dynamic test rig of valve train was built. The working condition of the valve train was simulated by employing an electric motor to drive the camshaft. The dynamics, structural vibration induced by the valve train system were measured to verify the prediction method.
