摘 要:研究了910℃×1 h,AC+580℃×8 h,AC、1010℃×1 h,AC+580℃×8 h,AC和1010℃×1 h,WQ+580℃×8 h,AC 3种不同固溶时效处理制度对Ti-811合金连轧棒材显微组织及力学性能的影响。结果表明:在时效温度不变的情况下,随着固溶温度的提高,初生α相减少、次生α相增多呈片层状分布,并且有晶界α相析出,棒材的室温拉伸、高温拉伸和热稳定性能除屈服强度略有降低外,其余指标变化不大,但高温蠕变性能有较大提高;当固溶制度为1010℃×1h WQ时,次生α相增多,并呈细小针状分布,棒材在塑性保持不变的同时,室温强度,高温强度和热稳定强度均可提高100 MPa以上,并且有更好的抗高温蠕变性能。显微组织中次生α相的数量和形状对棒材的高温蠕变性能影响较大。Effect of three difference solution and aging processes on the microstructure and mechanical properties of Ti-811 tandem rolling bar were studied,including: solution treated at 910 ℃ for 1 h,AC and aging at 580 ℃ for 8 h,AC; solution at 1010 ℃ for 1 h,AC and aging at 580 ℃ for 8 h,AC; solution at 1010 ℃ for 1 h,WQ and aging at 580 ℃ for 8 h,AC. The results show that when the aging processes are in the same condition,with the increase of the solution temperature,the content of primary α phase decreases but the secondary α phase increases and exhibits lamellar shape,and there appears grain boundary α phase. The yield strength decreases a little,other mechanical properties have no obvious differences,but the elevated temperature creep property has increased; when solution treated at 1010 ℃ for 1 h,WQ,the secondary α phase increases and exhibits fine acicular shape,the room and elevated temperature strength and heat stability strength can increase over 100 MPa,and it shows better elevated temperature creep property when the plastic property keeps the same condition of the Ti-811 alloy. The content and the shape of secondary α phase have a great influence on the elevated temperature creep property of the Ti-811 tandem rolling bar.
