密集烤房关键温度点稳温时间与湿度组合对不同产区烤烟品质的影响

摘　　要：为探明密集烤房关键温度点稳温时间与湿度组合对不同产区烤烟品质的影响,通过气流下降式密集烤房,在不同关键温度点稳温时间与湿度组合条件下处理平顶山、大理两产区烟叶,并对烤后烟叶色素、化学成分、外观质量、经济性状进行检测和分析。结果表明,T3处理下两产区的化学成分较为适宜,协调性较好,外观质量、经济效益较好,T4处理的烤后烟色素含量较低;相同处理下不同产区样品烟的色素含量、化学成分、协调性、经济性状、外观质量差异较大,大理产区烤后烟类胡萝卜素含量稍高、均价较高、能耗较小,平顶山产区的外观质量较好,化学成分更加适宜。因此,烘烤方案T3[38℃(35±0.5℃)稳温18 h;42℃(36±0.5℃)稳温16 h;47℃(37±0.5℃)稳温12 h;54℃(38±0.5℃)稳温12 h]有利于提高烟叶质量,降低能耗。To find out the effects of combinations of key temperature lasting time with humidity in bulk curing barn on the quality of flue-cured tobacco from different producing areas,the tobacco leaves from Pingdingshan and Dali producing areas were respectively treated with different combinations of key temperature lasting time with humidity in a down-draft bulk curing barn. Then the pigments,chemical compositions,appearance quality and economic benefit were detected and analyzed. The results showed that under the T3 treatment,the flue-cured tobacco from the two producing areas had better chemical compositions,coordination,appearance quality and economic benefit. Under the T4 treatment,the leaves had a lower pigment content.Under the same treatment,the pigment contents,chemical compositions,coordination,economic traits and appearance quality of flue-cured tobacco from two areas had great differences. The flue-cured tobacco from Dali had characteristics of slightly higher carotenoid content,higher average price and less energy consumption. The flue-cured tobacco from Pingdingshan had better appearance quality and more appropriate chemical composition. Therefore,T3 treatment,which was under the temperatures of 38℃（ 35 ± 0. 5℃） lasting for 18 hours,42℃（ 36 ± 0. 5℃） for 16 hours,47℃（ 37 ± 0. 5℃） for 12 hours and 54℃（ 38 ± 0. 5℃） for 12 hours,was beneficial to improve the quality of flue-cured tobacco and cut down the energy consumption.
