摘  要:文章在使用血压模拟器对无创血压计进行检测的过程中,使用气压传感器采集了袖带压力和血压模拟器产生的压力振荡,设置了6种血压模式,并分别进行了实验。通过双高斯函数拟合来描述袖带压力和模拟器产生的压力振荡幅度之间的关系,通过线性回归模型,辨识了血压模拟模型中三个关键参数:最大压力振荡幅度、收缩压和舒张压幅度系数。上述工作基本阐明了血压模拟模型及其关键参数的计算方法,有助于更深入的理解血压模拟器的工作原理,并更好的指导无创血压计的检验工作。This paper used a pressure transducer to acquire the cuff pressure and the pressure oscillations during the test of non-invasive sphygmomanometer with blood pressure simulator, on which, six blood pressure modes were set. Double Gaussian functions were fitted to describe the relationship between the cuff pressure and the pressure oscillation caused by the blood pressure simulator. Three critical parameters of the blood pressure simulation model were identified with linear regression model: the max oscillation amplitude, the amplitude coefficient of systolic and diastolic pressure. The study revealed the blood pressure simulation model and the calculation Methods: of 3 critical parameters, which could guide the test of non-invasive sphygmomanometers.
