摘 要:本文结合《道路交通事故受伤人员伤残评定》、《劳动能力鉴定职工工伤与职业病致残等级》、和《人体损伤致残程度分级》等国内伤残评定标准,对《永久性残损评定指南》中有关多项伤残向整体伤残转化以及复合计算的方法进行溯源研究。从复合计算、GEPI的复合计算和概率论加法公式等方面进行分析,并与我国伤残评定的晋级原则进行比较。为我国伤残评定体系构建提供建议。Inconsideration of impairment evaluation standard prescribed by"Assessment for Body Impairment of the Injured in Road Traffic Accident", "Standard for Identifying Work Ability-Gradation of Disability Caused by Work-Related Injuries and Occupational Diseases", and "Classification of the Impairment Related to Injury", this articletraces rationales of the methodology of transforming multiple impairments to an integratedimpairmentand combined evaluation of multipleimpairmentsprovided by"Guides to the Evaluation of Permanent Impairment". Based on analysis of combined evaluation, GEPI combined evaluation, probability theory, parameter definition, probability calculation,this article conducts a comparative study on impairment class promotion between GEPI and China. This articleprovides advice on how toestablishclassification of the impairment related to injury in China.
