摘  要:在当今食品、药品安全倍受关注的社会背景下,社会需要大量具有药品食品检验专业技术人员。职业教育药品食品检验专业教学需增加更新更多的内容。以适应当前社会发展所需,根据社会劳动保障部门职业技能鉴定指导中心印发关于食品检验工考试大纲和检验工职业标准作为药品食品检验专业的教学指导大纲,开了发符合当前所需要的课程。《药品食品微生物检验技术》是以药品食品微生物检验工作岗位为目标,以微生物检验特征构建课程,从而更能体现药品食品检验专业的特点,更能突出课程的职业性。More and more quaiified food and drug inspectors are needed nowadays due to people's increasing concern for food and drug safety, which hence results in a Food & Drug Inspection curriculum development in Vocational Education. Guided by the assessing standards for inspectors (which is the teaching guidance outline) and the skill testing syllabus issued by OSTAOccupational skill Testing Authority)under MHRSS(the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security), an improved course-book named Microbiologicai Inspection technology of medicine and food is now starting to be used, in which some old knowledge has been updated and some new contents added to meet the needs of the fast developing society. This teaching material is career-oriented and features itself in the microbiological inspection field and aims to help train more pros in the future.
