摘  要:高校辅导员通常扮演育人者、管理者、研究者和执业者四种角色。高校辅导员育人者角色需要其具备学生思想政治教育能力、课堂教学能力和教师职业道德;管理者角色需要其具备自我管理能力、学生管理能力和班主任队伍管理能力;研究者角色需要辅导员具备理论研究和实践研究能力;执业者角色需要辅导员具备职业指导、创业咨询和心理咨询能力。以职业胜任理论为基础,以动机、品质和知识技能三个胜任因素为维度,初步构建了"双师型"辅导员的职业胜任模型。College counselors usually play four roles for educators, managers, researchers and practitioners. The educatorrole is necessary to have the ability of students'ideological and political education, classroom teaching ability and teachers" professional ethics. The manager role needs to have self-management ability, student management ability and class teacher's management ability. The researcher role needs counselor theoretical research and practical research ability. The practitioner role need counselors with career guidanceability, business counselingability and psychological counselingability. Based on the theory of professional competence,the authors constructs the compe- tency model of" double-qualified" counselor with the three elements dimensionsofmotivation, quality and knowledge and skills.
