摘　　要：由于船舶产品的独特性和临时性，船舶设计团队的组成不能一成不变，而是应该跟据项目的特点调整人员的组合和分工。只有适合项目特点的设计团队，才能保证设计项目的顺畅高效运作。Due to the uniqueness and the temporary nature of the ship products, the ship design team should be changed on manpower and work division according to the project feature. Only the team suit for the design project, the design project can operate in high efficient model.
