摘 要:文章根据车道被占用引发交通拥堵时,对交通灯控制周期内滞留在道路瓶颈部位的车流量进行统计,分析事故发生前后在路段上、下游路口车流量的变化规律。根据二流理论构造交通排队模型,计算事故疏通前后道路的通行能力,并运用SPSS软件进行相关性分析,以刻画车流量排队长度与堵塞时间、上游路口车流量、路段通行能力之间的关系。最后,求得拥堵事故得不到处理时,车辆排队长度延伸到上游路口的时间。Basing on the statistics of the traffic flow that strands at the bottleneck of the road in the traffic light control cycle due to the traffic congestion caused by lane occupancy, this article analyses and shows the regularity of the traffic flow at the junctions of the upper and lower reaches of the road before and after the accident happens. According to the two-fluid theory, this article constructs a traffic queuing model to calculate the traffic capacity before and after the road dredging. Moreover, the relationship among the queue length of the traffic flow, blocking time, traffic flow at the upper reach and traffic capacity is described by correlation analysis from SPSS software. Finally, the time that the length of the traffic queue would take to reach the upstream junction if the blockage accident is dealt with is calculated.
