摘　　要：送达作为我国一项重要的民事诉讼制度,贯穿于法院立案到结案的全过程,送达程序能否顺利、高效的运行,直接关系到案件的审理进程。在司法实践中,民事送达还存在送达不规范和送达难等问题,制约了诉讼效率的提高。为此,应结合司法实践,找准送达存在问题的根本原因,从而构建更加完善的民事送达制度。Civil service, as an important civil action system in China, functions through the whole process from placing a case on file to settling a lawsuit. Whether the civil service proce- dure goes well and efficient will directly affect the progress of ease trial. In the juridical practice, there are some problems, such as lack of standard and difficult cases, which restrict the lawsuit efficiency promotion. It is suggested to work out the root problems of this issue from the judicial practice to construct a more efficient civil service system.
