摘  要:通过考察不同处理条件对微胶囊卷烟用纸的影响,探索及评价微胶囊在卷烟用纸上的应用效果及稳定性。实验结果表明,微胶囊在卷烟用纸上能够保持较好的外观形态,在不同的加热温度、时间和p H值助剂的影响下也能保持较好的稳定性;能够满足在卷烟纸生产过程的干燥温度下不破裂而在卷烟纸燃烧时能破裂释放香味物质的要求,为微胶囊在卷烟用纸上的应用效果提供相关的实验数据和理论支撑。The effects of different heating temperature on the microcapsules which were applied on the cigarette paper were investigated in or- der to explore and evaluate the application effect and stability of microcapsules on cigarette paper. Experimental results showed that microcap- sules on the paper would not change the good appearance of the paper, and also had good stability in different heating temperature and pH val- ue additives. It satisfied the requirement that the microcapsules would not rupture at the drying temperature of the cigarette paper but were capable of breaking and releasing the fragrant substance when the cigarette paper was burned. The experimental result provided support to the application of microcapsule on cigarette paper.
