摘　　要：民族档案学以少数民族档案为研究对象,以功能主义与社会建构主义为理论基础,以田野调查、档案编纂为基本工作方法,逐渐形成了以民族档案基本理论、民族档案方法论、少数民族档案史为核心的学科体系。经过学界30余年的积累,一门独立的学科即将形成。The Ethnic Archive science takes the minority archives as research subject, takes the Functionalism and Social Constructionism as theoretical basis, takes the fieldwork and archival compilation as the basic methods of work, and forms discipline system with the core sub-discipline gradually： Ethnic Archive Theory, Ethnic Archive Methodology, and Minority Archive History .With 30 years＇ academic accumulation, an independent discipline is going to be formed.
