摘  要:[目的]研究6%抗坏血酸水剂对刺梨白粉病的诱导抗性。[方法]采用抗坏血酸水剂处理刺梨后接种刺梨白粉病菌(Sphaerotheca sp.),通过调查病情指数,确定诱导最适时间、最适质量浓度以及叶绿素含量,分析抗坏血酸水剂诱导植物产生抗病能力。[结果]质量浓度60 mg/L的抗坏血酸水剂对刺梨植株诱导处理后第3天表现出最佳诱导抗性,诱导效果61.45%,叶绿素含量增长率75.11%。[结论]抗坏血酸水剂能有效诱导刺梨植株对白粉病产生系统抗性,提高植株抗白粉病的能力。[Aims] The paper aims to study the inducing resistance of ascorbic acid 6% AS to Sphaerotheca sp. in Rosa roxburghii Tratt. [Methods] Rosa roxburghii Tratt was inoculated with Sphaerotheca sp. after pretreated with ascorbic acid 6% AS. By investigating the disease index, determining the optimal time, optimal concentration and chlorophyll content, the inducing resistance ability by ascorbic acid 6% AS was analyzed. [Results] The third day after 60 mg/L ascobic acid 6% AS treatment, the inducing effect reached 61.45% and chlorophyll content increasing rate was 75.11%. [Conclusions] Ascorbic acid 6% AS could induce systemic resistance and enhance the ability of resisting Sphaerotheca sp. in Rosa roxburghii Tratt.
