摘　　要：文章围绕高校计算机实验室管理与维护展开讨论,认为当前高校计算机实验室的管理的过程当中存在着3个问题:管理制度制定不到位、规章制度拖慢研究效率和维护周期过长,影响实验室运转。针对以上3个问题,提出了有针对性的解决路径:完善规章制度;规则制定强调以人为本;维护过程强调及时性。通过有益的探索和讨论,为推动高校计算机实验室管理整体水平的提升作出贡献。This paper discusses the management and maintenance of computer labs in colleges and universities, and points out that there are three problems in the management of computer labs in colleges and universities. One is the management system set not in place, second rules and regulations slow down the efficiency of research, the third is the maintenance period too long, which effect the labs work. In view of the above three problems, this paper put forward targeted solution to the path, that is to perfect the rules and regulations, rules to emphasize the emphasis on people-oriented, maintenance process emphasizes timeliness. This paper aims to promote the overall level of computer lab management to enhance the contribution through the beneficial exploration and discussion.
