摘　　要：大数据时代为高校辅导员专业化带来了各种机遇与挑战。经济转型结构的调整及经济竞争背景对人才结构提出新需求,高职高专院校需在转型中"逆转"尴尬局面。而辅导员专业化在高职高专院校转型中举足轻重。高职高专院校在转型提升办校层次过程中,辅导员队伍专业化建设尤为重要与紧迫。其专业化建设的具体内容、工作岗位的设置和相应措施将在为提升办校层次的高职高专院校提供有益"杠杆"。The era of big data has brought various opportunities and challenges for college counselor professionalization. The adjustment of economic transition structure and the new background of economic competition background put forward new requirements for talents structure, and higher vocational colleges should reverse the embarrassing situation in the process of transition. And the professionalization of counselors plays an important role in the transition of higher vocational colleges; It is particularly important and urgent for higher vocational colleges in the process of transition and upgrading to promote the counselor professional construction. The specific contents and the corresponding measures of professional construction will provide useful leverage to enhance the teaching condition of higher vocational colleges.
