摘　　要：目的 分析涎腺粘液表皮样癌临床病理特征,为临床诊断和鉴别涎腺粘液表皮样癌提供参考.方法 回顾性分析2010年1月至2015年1月我院收治的10例涎腺粘液表皮样癌患者的临床病理特点.结果 10例涎腺粘液表皮样癌患者,男4例,女6例,年龄12~71岁;发病部位：腮腺4例,腭部2例,颌下腺1例,舌下腺1例,颊粘膜1例,磨牙后区1例;病程15 d至5年;肿块直径0.6~5.0 cm;临床分期：Ⅰ期5例,Ⅲ期4例,Ⅲ期1例.在光镜下,粘液表皮样癌由粘液、表皮样和中间细胞构成.组织学分级：低度恶性4例,中度恶性2例,高度恶性4例.各级粘液细胞、表皮样细胞和中间细胞的比例及所形成的结构不同,临床表现也存在差异.结论 涎腺粘液表皮样癌具有涎腺恶性肿瘤常见的光镜学表现,其临床表现与组织学分级有关.Objective To explore the clinical pathologic feature of mucoepidermoid carcinoma of salivary gland, and pro- vide references for further diagnosis and differentiation. Methods The clinical data of 10 cases with mucocpidermoid carcino- ma of salivary gland from January 2010 to January 2015 were analyzed retrospectively. The clinical opathologic feature was analyzed. Results In the10 cases of mucoepidermoid carcinoma of salivary gland patients, 4 cases were male, 6 were female. They were 12-71 years old. Location： 4 cases of parotid gland, 2 cases of palatal, 1 case of submandibular gland, suhlingual gland in 1 case, 1 case of buccal mucosa, 1 case of retromolar area. The course was 15 d-5 years, and tumor diameter was 0.6-5.0 cm. Clinical stage： 5 cases was in stage I, 4 cases was in stage II, and stage III in 1 case. Under light microscope, mucoepidermoid carcinoma was composed of mucus, epidermis and intermediate cells. Histological grade： 4 cases was low- grade malignant, moderate malignant in 2 cases, highly malignant in 4 cases, the proportion of mucous cells, epidermal cells and intermediate cells, and the formation of the structure were different in each histological grade, and clinical manifestations were also different. Conclusion Mucoepidermoid carcinoma of the salivary gland has the common performance of salivary gland malignant tumor under light microscope and its clinical manifestation was related to histological grade.
