摘 要:随着近年来中国铁路的高速发展,各类铁道新型车辆、技术更新换代较快,职工渴望掌握新知识的诉求也在不断增长。但是长期以来,铁路部门对职工的教育培训主要还是以老师傅言传身教,或者是教科书式的课堂教育为主。经过作者长期的跟踪调研发现,现行的教育模式渐渐难以满足铁路发展的新需要。论文通过对铁路基层生产车间职工教育工作的现状分析,提出关于铁路行业职工教育工作方法的优化建议,希望能提高铁路职工教育的工作效率,保证培训效果。With the rapid development of China's railway in recent years, all kinds of new types of railway vehicles and technology update faster, workers eager to master new knowledge is also growing. But for a long time, the education and training for workers in the railway department is mainly depends on the old master's words and deeds or classroom education. or classroom education is the textbook. After the author's long-term follow-up survey, it is found that the current education model is difficult to meet the new needs of railway development.Through the analysis of the current situation of workers' education in the basic production workshop of railway, this paper puts forward some suggestions for optimizing the staff education methods in the railway industry, hoping to improve the working efficiency of railway employee education, ensure the effectiveness of training.
