血清ET-1、VCAM-1在视神经炎患者中的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的观察视神经炎患者血清中内皮素-1(ET-1)、血管细胞间黏附分子(VCAM)-1的浓度,探讨其在视神经炎发病过程中的变化特征及其临床意义。方法采用ELISA法检测60例急性视神经炎患者(患者组)确诊当日(治疗前)与糖皮质激素治疗后3个月末血清中ET-1、VCAM-1水平,并与50例年龄与性别相匹配的健康人(对照组)给予空白对照。结果患者组治疗前血清ET-1、VCAM-1含量均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。患者组患者经治疗后,血清ET-1、VCAM-1含量明显低于治疗前(P<0.05)。经Pearson相关分析显示,患者组血清ET-1、VCAM-1水平呈正相关(r=0.736,P<0.05)。结论血清ET-1、VCAM-1在视神经炎的发生及发展过程中具有重要的作用,可用于视神经炎预后的评价。Objective To observe the serum of patients with optic neuritis in endothelin-1 （ ET-1 ）, vascular cell adhesion molecule （ VCAM ） concentration of -1, to explore the changes in optic neuritis in the pathogenesis and its clinical significance. Methods ELISA method was used to detect 60 cases of acute optic neuritis patients （ patient group ） con- firmed the day （before treatment） and glucocorticoid therapy after 3 months of serum ET-1, VCAM-1 levels of healthy peo- ple and matched with age and sex in 50 cases （ control group） received blank control. Results The serum levels of ET-1 and VCAM-1 in the patients before treatment were significantly higher than those in the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. After treatment, the serum levels of ET-1 and VCAM-1 in the patients were significantly lower than those before treatment （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Pearson correlation analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between serum ET-1 and VCAM-1 levels （ r = 0. 736, P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions The serum ET-1 and VCAM-1 play an important role in the occurrence and develop- ment of optic neuritis, can be used to evaluate the prognosis of optic neuritis.
