摘 要:目的观察非球面散光矫正型多焦点人工晶状体在白内障手术中临床应用效果及人工晶状体轴位稳定性。方法对59例(89只眼)伴有角膜规则散光的白内障患者,植入非球面散光矫正型多焦点人工晶状体,观察术前及术后的裸眼远视力、矫正远视力、裸眼近视力、矫正近视力、残留散光度、人工晶状体的轴位稳定性。结果术后所有患者裸眼远视力、矫正远视力、裸眼近视力、矫正近视力均明显提高;术后3个月残留散光(0.45±0.13)D与术前散光(2.18±0.58)D相比差异有统计学意义(t=15.157,P<0.05);人工晶状体平均旋转度为(2.14±1.78)°。结论合并角膜规则散光白内障患者行超声乳化吸出联合非球面散光矫正型多焦点人工晶状体植入能提供良好远、近视力,提高患者术后视远脱镜率及视近脱镜率,患者满意度高。Objective To observe the clinical outcomes of AcrySof 1Q Toric ReSTOR intraocular lens ( IOL ) im- plantation regarding corneal astigmatism correction and rotational stability. Methods 89 eyes of 59 patients with age-relat- ed cataract underwent phacoemulsification and were implanted with AcrySof 1Q Toric ReSTOR IOLs. The uncorrected and corrected distance visual acuity, uncorrected and corrected near visual acuity, preoperative corneal astigmatism and Torlc lens axis were measured. Results Both uncorrected and corrected distance and near visual acuity significantly improved in all patients. Mean refractive cylinder decreased from 2.18 ± 0. 58 D to 0.45 ± 0. 13 D after surgery ( t = 15. 157, P 〈 0. 05 ). Mean axial rotation was ( 2.14 ± 1.78 ) o. Conclusions Phacoemulsification combined with aspherical and multifo- cal toric intraocular lens implantation is an effective method for the correction of pre-existing corneal astigmatism in cataract patient and brings better uncorrected distance and near vision and improves spectacles dependency, and thus has a high pa- tient satisfaction.
