多层羊膜移植治疗重度睑缘炎相关角结膜病变的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察多层羊膜移植治疗重度睑缘炎相关角结膜病变的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2015年9月至2016年10月在我院确诊的重度睑缘炎相关角结膜病变患者经局部相关药物治疗后无效、角膜溃疡形成或角膜溃疡经久不愈11例(11只眼),采用多层羊膜移植术治疗。术后给予睑缘清洁、局部人工泪液及红霉素眼膏治疗,随访2~3个月。结果 11例重度睑缘炎相关角结膜病变患者外层羊膜溶解时间为4~11 d,内层羊膜溶解时间为9~25 d。11只眼视力均得到不同程度提高。术中及术后均未出现并发症。结论多层羊膜移植应用于重度睑缘炎相关角结膜病变可以促进溃疡愈合,具有良好的临床应用价值。Objective To observe the effect of muhilayered amniotic membrane transplantation in severe blepharo- keratoconjunctivitis. Methods A prospective study of 11 patients （ 11 eyes ） with severe blepharokeratoconjunctivitis that were resistant to various conventional topical medications and corneal ulceration was found underwent muhilayered amniotic membrane transplantation in our hospital from Sept. 2015 to Oct. 2016. Eyelid cleaning and topical artificial tears and eryth- romyein eye ointment were used after surgery. Patients were followed up for 2 -3 months. Results The outer layer amni- otic membrane of 11 patients solved after 4 - 11 days, while the inner layer amniotic membrane solved after 9 ~ 25 days. The visual acuities were improved in 11 patients in different degrees. There was no complications occurred during and after operation. Conclusions Muhilayered amniotic membrane transplantation is an effective method for severe blepharokerato- conjunctivitis, and can promote ulcer healing, which turns to a good clinical application value.
