摘　　要：后巩膜加固术是用异体巩膜等材料加固变薄的眼球后极部的一种手术方法。自开展以来,在手术方式和临床应用等方面均出现了不同程度的改良和发展,尤其在治疗病理性近视方面已有深入研究。本文对后巩膜加固术在作用机制、材料和术式、临床应用和疗效等方面进行综述,旨在探讨后巩膜加固术的临床意义及前景。Posterior scleral reinforcement has been a surgical treatment to reinforce the thinner posterior of the eye with kinds of reinforcement materials. It has improved and developed in the operation modes and clinical applications since its inception, especially in the treatment of pathological myopia. Therefore, this review is summarizing the mechanism of the operation, materials and operation modes, clinical applications and efficiency evaluations of posterior scleral reinforce- ment in order to explore the clinical development in the future.
