柴胡白芍汤灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨柴胡白芍汤灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床效果。方法选取2013年1月至2016年1月我院收治的200例溃疡性结肠炎患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和研究组,每组100例。两组患者均给予对症综合治疗,对照组口服柳氮磺胺吡啶片;研究组在对照组的基础上,用柴胡白芍汤灌肠。比较两组患者治疗后临床疗效、症状及体征缓解情况、结肠镜检查结果。结果研究组患者的总有效率,粘液脓血便、腹痛、腹泻等症状的治疗缓解率及充血水肿、糜烂和溃疡的缓解率均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论用柴胡白芍汤治疗溃疡性结肠炎可显著地提高疗效,降低复发率,而且药物价格低廉,易于操作,未见明显不良反应,值得在临床上推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of enema with bupleurum and raeoniae decoction in treatment of ulcerative colitis. Methods Two hundred cases of patients with ulcerative colitis in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2016 were selected as the study objects, all the patients were randomly divided into study group and control group,with 100 cases in each group. Two groups of patients were given symptomatic treatment, the control group was treated with sulfasalazine, on this basis, the study group were clystered with bupleurum and raeoniae decoction. The remission of clinical symptoms and signs after treatment were compared between the two group. Results The total effective rates,treatment improvement rates of patients with mucopurulent stool, abdominal pain, diarrhea and other symptoms, remission rstes of mucosal hyperemia, edema, erosion, ulcerations in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Bupleurum and raeoniae decoction can effectively improve the efficacy and reduce recurrence of ulcerative colitis, with lower price and no obvious adverse reactions, which is worthy of clinical application.
