超声乳化摘除术联合人工晶体植入术在闭角型青光眼治疗中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的研究超声乳化摘除术联合人工晶体植入术治疗闭角型青光眼的临床效果。方法收集我院2014年7月至2016年7月住院治疗的青光眼患者80例作为本次研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组40例,对照组患者行小梁切除术,观察组患者行超声乳化摘除术联合人工晶体植入术,比较两种手术的临床效果。结果观察组患者术后3个月、6个月视力矫正优于对照组(P<0.05);术前两组患者眼压比较,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05),术后3个月与6个月两组患者眼压均降低,且观察组眼压均显著低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超声乳化摘除术联合人工晶体植入术治疗闭角型青光眼的临床效果显著,降低眼压效果明显,提高了患者的视力恢复,更好地缓解了患者的痛苦,提高了患者的生活质量,此方法是闭角型青光眼患者安全有效的治疗途径,可在临床推广使用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation in the treatment of angle-closure glaucoma. Methods A total of 80 cases of patients with angle-closure glaucoma in our hospital from July 2014 to July 2016 were selected as the research objects, and randomly divided into the observation group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with trabeculectomy, while patients in the observation group were treated with phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation. The clinical effects were compared between the two groups. Results In the observation group, visual acuity was better than that of the control group at 3 months and 6 months after surgery（P0.05）. Before operation, the difference of intracular pressure（IOP） between the two groups was not statistically significant（P〈0.05）, the IOP of the two groups decreased at 3 months and 6 months after surgery, and the IOP of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation in the treatment of angle-closure glaucoma was remarkable. It could reduce IOP obviously, improve the patient＇s visual acuity, alleviate the suffering of patients, and improve the quality of life of patients. This is a safe and effective treatment for patients with angle-closure glaucoma and can be widely used.
