复发转移乳腺癌的化学治疗临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨复发转移乳腺癌的有效化学治疗方案。方法将本院收治的104例复发转移乳腺癌患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各52例。对照组采用多西他赛联合长春瑞滨化疗,观察组采用紫杉醇联合洛铂化疗,观察两组患者的临床有效率、疾病控制率,并监测两组化疗毒副反应情况。结果观察组临床有效率(46.15%)和疾病控制率(76.92)均显著高于对照组(30.77%、63.46%)(P<0.05)。用药后观察组血小板减少(3.85%)、粒细胞减少(3.85%)、恶心呕吐(9.62%)、肝功能异常(1.92%)、肌肉疼痛(1.92%)、脱发及皮肤不良反应发生率(5.77%)均低于对照组(9.62%、9.62%、15.38%、7.69%、9.62%、15.38%)(P<0.05)。结论紫杉醇联合洛铂用于复发转移乳腺癌的化疗效果较好,且患者多能耐受,临床应用相对安全有效。Objective To explore the effective chemotherapy plan in the treatment of relapsed and metastatic breast cancer. Methods One hundred and four patients with relapsed and metastatic breast cancer were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 52 cases in each group. The control group was treated with docetaxel combined with vinorelbine chemotherapy, while the observation group was treated with paclitaxel combined with lobaplatin. The effective rates, disease control rates of the two groups were observed, and the incidences of adverse reaction in the two groups were monitored. Results In the observation group, the effective rate （46.15%） and disease control rate （76.92%） were significantly higher than those in the control group （30.77%, 63.46%） （P〈0.05）. After treatment, the incidence of thrombocytopenia （3.85%）, neutropenia （3.85%）, nausea and vomiting （9.62%）, abnormal liver function （1.92%）, muscle pain （1.92%）, hair loss and skin adverse reactions （5.77%） in the observation group were significantly less than those in the control group （9.62%, 9.62%, 15.38%, 7.69%, 9.62%, 15.38%） （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Paclitaxel combined with platinum in the treatment of relapsed and metastatic breast cancer has exact effect, and the patients can tolerate. The clinical application is relatively safe and effective.
