高校党风廉政建设的新动向和新路径

摘　　要：新形势下,全面从严治党已经成为推进党风廉政建设和反腐败斗争的新常态。但高校腐败滋生,"象牙塔"也日益成为腐败渗透的新领域,腐败主要集中在招生、科研经费、学术研究、后勤基建等方面。因此,只有通过统一思想认识,增强政治意识;落实"一岗双责",构建长效机制;紧扣三个"关键点",狠抓作风建设等措施,才能推进高校全面从严治党,建设廉洁校园。New routines of facilitating Party style and integrity construction in the strict administration of the Party under new circumstances. Higher education institutions have become nurturing bed for corruption; the ＂ivory tower＂ have become new tar- gets for the penetration of corruption. Corruption in such institutions can mainly be found in student admission, research funds, academic researches, facility construction, etc.. 0nly through unified ideals, enhanced political awareness, implementation of ＂double responsibilities on one position, construction of long-term mechanisms, focusing on the three ＂key points,＂ and an enhanced construction of Party style can there be a strict and holistic administration of the Party and a clean campus.
