多层螺旋CT在肺内结节性病变诊断中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨多层螺旋CT在肺内结节性病变诊断中的应用价值,为肺内结节性病变诊断提供参考依据。方法选择我院2014年8月至2016年8月收治的肺内结节病变患者64例作为研究对象,首先行胸部CT常规扫描,然后使用Simens 16排多层螺旋CT配备的Lung Care软件进行三维重建和分析,比较胸部常规CT扫描和Lung Care三维重建对肺癌的诊断情况。结果使用多层螺旋CT扫描后应用Lung Care软件重建的肺癌检出率为57.81%,肺癌诊断符合率为92.50%,胸部常规CT扫描的肺癌检出率为43.75%,肺癌诊断符合率为70.00%,两组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用多层螺旋CT结合Lung Care软件分析对肺结节具有较强的鉴别诊断能力,并且能很好地显示肺结节形态,有助于肺结节定性诊断及发现早期肺癌,在条件允许的情况下可推广使用。Objective To evaluate the application value of multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of pulmonary nodular lesions, and to provide a reference for the diagnosis of pulmonary nodular lesions. Methods Sixty-four patients with intrapulmonary nodules lesions in our hospital from August 2014 to August 2016 were selected as the study objects. The chest CT scan was performed first, and then the Simens 16-slice multi-slice spiral CT dimensional reconstruction equipped with the Lung Care software were performed in all the patients. The diagnostic results of lung cancer were compared between routine CT scan and Lung Care software dimensional reconstruction. Results The detection rate of lung cancer was 57.81% by using Lung Care software dimensional reconstruction after multi-slice spiral CT, and the diagnostic accordance rate of lung cancer was 92.50%. The detection rate of lung cancer was 43.75% by using conventional chest CT scan, and the diagnostic accordance rate of lung cancer was 70.00%, the differences between the two groups were statistically significant （P〈0.05） Conclusion The use of multi-slice spiral CT combined with Lung Care software has strong ability of differential diagnosis of pulmonary nodules, which shows the shape of the pulmonary nodules well, and contributes to the diagnosis of pulmonary nodules and early detection of lung cancer. It should be popularized if the condition permits.
