摘  要:以团队为中心的大班制翻转课堂注重培养学生的自主学习能力、沟通交流能力和团队协作精神。基础医学教学资源共享(BasicMed)平台是教师个性化教学和学生自主学习的有效网络环境和工具。在医学免疫学教学中,构建了依托于BasicMed平台的翻转课堂教学模式,经过不断探索和实践,实现了"学生为主体,教师为引导"的教学模式改革,提高了医学免疫学的教学效果。A team-centered flipped classroom focuses on fostering independent study, the ability to communicate, and teamwork in large classes of students. A platform to share basic medical education resources (BasicMed) is an effective network environment and tool for customized instruction by teachers and independent study by students. Based on the Ba- sicMed platform, a method of classroom instruction was devised to teach medical immunology. Continuous attempts and practice resulted in revision of the method of instruction so that "learning is driven by the student with the teacher as a guide" and this approach increased the effectiveness of instruction in medical immunology.
