摘　　要：目的 探讨CT引导下125I放射性粒子植入治疗恶性肿瘤效果.方法 选择2010年6月至2016年6月我院诊治的恶性肿瘤患者80例作为研究对象,将患者根据治疗方法不同分为对照组、观察组.对照组40例患者接受常规治疗,观察组40例患者采用CT导引下125I放射性粒子植入治疗.比较观察组患者治疗前后放射防护相关知识知晓情况、两组临床疗效及不良反应发生情况.结果 观察组患者治疗后放射防护相关知识知晓情况较治疗前显著提高（P＜0.05）;观察组患者临床治疗总有效率优于对照组,组间比较,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;观察组患者不良反应发生率低于对照组,组间比较,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 CT导引下125I放射性粒子植入治疗恶性肿瘤患者的临床效果显著,并发症发生率低,值得临床上广泛应用.Objective To investigate the clinical effect of 125I radioactive seeds implantation guided by CT on the treatment of malignant tumor. Methods From June 2010 to June 2016, 80 cases of patients with malignant tumor in our hospital were selected as the research objects, and were divided into two groups （control group and observation group）. Forty cases of pa- tients in the control group were treated with conventional therapy, 40 patients in the obBservation group were treated with 125I radioactive seeds implantation guided by CT. The radiological protection related knowledge level of the observation group be- fore and after treatment, clinical effect and adverse reaction of the two groups were compared. Results The radiological protec- tion related knowledge level of the observation group after treatment was better than before treatment （P〈0.05）, clinical effect and adverse reaction of the observation group were better than those of the control group, the differences were statistically sig- nificant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion 125I radioactive seeds implantation guided by CT in the treatment of patients with malignant tu- mor has remarkable effect with high safety, it is worthy of widely use in clinical treatment of malignant tumors.
