全身化疗联合肝动脉栓塞化疗治疗晚期乳腺癌肝转移的临床疗效及毒副反应研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨全身化疗联合肝动脉栓塞化疗治疗晚期乳腺癌肝转移的临床疗效及毒副反应.方法 选择2014年8月至2016年3月我院收治的晚期乳腺癌肝转移患者130例,根据治疗方法分为对照组和观察组,每组65例.对照组患者给予单一全身化疗,观察组患者给予全身化疗联合肝动脉栓塞化疗,比较两组患者治疗后的临床疗效和毒副反应情况.结果 治疗后,观察组患者治疗有效率为90.77%,明显高于对照组的58.46%,差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;观察组患者毒副反应发生率为24.62%,明显低于观察组的53.85%,差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 全身化疗联合肝动脉栓塞化疗的方式治疗晚期乳腺癌肝转移患者临床效果显著,毒副反应少,有利于改善患者生活质量,值得临床推广.Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and toxic side effects of systemic chemotherapy combined with hepatic arterial chemoembolization in the treatment of advanced breast cancer with liver metastasis. Methods From August 2014 to March 2016, 130 cases of patients with advanced breast cancer and liver metastasis treated in our hospital were di- vided into control group and observation group according to treatment method, with 65 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were only given systemic chemotherapy, while the patients in the observation group were treated with sys- temic chemotherapy combined with hepatic arterial chemoembolization. The clinical efficacy and side effects of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the effective rate of the observation group was 90.77%, which was signifi- cantly higher than 58.46% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The incidence of toxic side effects of the observation group was 24.62%, which was significantly lower than 53.85% of the observation group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Systemic chemotherapy combined with hepatic arterial chemoem- bolization have remarkable clinical efficacy in the treatment of patients with advanced breast cancer with liver metastasis, it has less toxic side effects and can improve the quality of life, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
