摘　　要：目的 探讨经肛肠梗阻导管联合肠内营养对结直肠癌并发急性肠梗阻的治疗效果.方法 回顾性分析我院收治的72例结直肠癌并发急性肠梗阻患者的临床资料,根据治疗方法分为观察组（38例）和对照组（34例）.对照组入院后即行Ⅰ期结直肠癌根治并肠道吻合术,观察组采用肠梗阻导管和肠内营养治疗,肠梗阻缓解后,实施结直肠癌根治手术.比较两组患者的手术时间、术中失血量及术后恢复时间、住院时间及术后并发症情况.结果 观察组患者的手术时间、术中失血量及术后恢复时间均低于对照组,住院时间高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;观察组并发症发生率低于对照组（P＜0.05）.结论 经肛肠梗阻导管联合肠内营养可减少结直肠癌并发急性肠梗阻治疗中的并发症,改善营养状态,具有积极的临床意义.Objective To investigate the effect of transanal ileus tube and enteral nutrition in the treatment of colorectal cancer complicated with acute intestinal obstruction. Methods The clinical data of 72 cases of patients with colorectal cancer complicated with acute intestinal obstruction in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively, all patients were divided into observation group （n=38） and control group （n=34） according to treatment methods. The control group was treated with stage I colorectal cancer radical surgery, and the observation group was given the transanal ileus tube and enteral nutrition, after intestinal obstruction relieved, patients underwent colorectal cancer radical surgery. The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, recovery time, hospitalization time and postoperative complications of two groups were compared. Results The operative time, intraoperative blood loss and postoperative recovery time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, but the hospitalization time was longer than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant （P〈 0.05）. The incidence of postoperative complications of observation group was lower than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Transanal ileus tube and enteral nutrition can reduce the incidence of complications, and improve the nutritional status of patients with colorectal cancer complicated with acute intestinal obstruction, which has positive clinical significance.
