摘　　要：研究型医院建设是我国医院管理界的新生事物,也是未来重要的发展方向之一。通过文献研究发现存在8种"研究型医院"的翻译方法,通过分析这一现象产生的原因,理清"研究型医院"理论研究的发展脉络,并总结出研究型医院建设应具备的基本条件。现有译法均有不同的侧重点,应在不同场合与语境下区别使用,以全面表达真实含义,不同译法的选择也体现出了各家医院对于研究型医院建设内涵的不同理解。Research hospital is a new concept in the field of hospital management, which is one of most significant developing direction. According to analysis on the literature on Research Hospital, there are eight kinds of translation. Research on the difference among those translations couht contrihute to the conclusion on the basic capacities of research hospital and development of research hospital theory. Eight translations foeused on different aspeets, which should he used in diferent context to express the real meaning. Different choices of translation refleet the different concern on the connotation of research hospital.
