摘  要:目的探讨建立牛奶中钾、钠、钙、镁含量的稀硝酸超声热浸提-电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法的快速测定方法。方法采用稀硝酸超声热浸提-电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法快速测定牛奶中的钾、钠、钙、镁含量。通过对牛奶中钾、钠、钙、镁等常量元素浸提条件及测定条件的优化,获得最佳分析条件如下:牛奶用2%稀硝酸溶液直接稀释,80℃,超声10min,纯水定容,4 000r/min离心,取上清液,同时制备混标溶液工作曲线,即可上机准确测定。结果测定牛奶中的钾、钙含量浓度范围5~200mg/L,钠、镁含量浓度范围1~100mg/L呈良好线性关系,相关系数均大于0.999 0,6次测定各元素含量相对标准偏差0.18%~3.42%,加标回收率97.60%~108.80%。结论该法精密度、准确度良好、灵敏度高,是高效、快速测定牛奶中钾、钠、钙、镁含量实用的方法,适用于应用推广。Objective To explore the establishment of the rapid determination method of potassium, sodium, calcium and magnesium in milk by ultrasonic hot extraction-inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry. Methods Rapid determination of potassium, sodium, calcium and magnesium in milk by ultrasonic hot extraction-inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry with dilute nitric acid. The optima; conditions were as follows: the milk was diluted directly with 20% dilute nitric acid solution,80℃ ,ultrasonic 10 min, the volume of pure water was determined by the ex traction of potassium, sodium, calcium and magnesium in milk, 4 000 r/min centrifugation, the supernatant was taken, while the mixed solution curve was prepared,and then it can be accurately determined by the machine. Results Deter- mination of potassium and calcium content in milk,in the concentration range of 5 mg/L200 mg/L, sodium, magnesium in the concentration range of 1 mg/L-100 mg/L showed a good linear relationship, the correlation coefficients were greater than 0. 999 0,in six times determination of the content, the relative standard deviation was 0.18%-3.42%, the recovery rate was 97.60%-108.80%. Conclusion The method has good precision,good accuracy and high sensitivity,which is a practical highly efficient method in rapid determination of potassium, sodium, calcium, and magnesium in milk, and suitable for wide application.
