张家口文化与旅游融合创新发展的SWOT分析及对策研究

摘　　要：文章运用SWOT分析法,对张家口文化与旅游融合创新发展作了全面深入的分析,认为具有区位明显、文化独特等优势,但也存在文化元素重视不够、保障机制缺位等劣势;融合创新面临着冬奥会的举办、文化大发展大繁荣战略的出台等机遇,但也存在着客源市场竞争激烈、融合背景相似等潜在威胁,提出文化元素当地化、特色化;文化保护基础上实现传承与创新;文化与旅游双赢为最终目标;旅游为手段;机制为保障等对策。The author makes a thorough and deep analysis of innovative development of the integration of culture and tourism in Zhangjiakou by means of SWOT analysis. Via the analysis the author finds that Zhangjiakou has the advantages of distinct location and unique culture but it also has the disadvantages of inadequate attention paid to the cultural elements and absence of guarantee mechanism; The integration and innovation are confronted with the opportunities of holding the Winter Olympic Games, introducing strategies of cultural great development and prosperity. There are also potential challenges of intense competition in the tourist market and similar backgrounds of integration and innovation. Localization and characterization of cultural elements are proposed; On the basis of cultural protection heritage and innovation are realized; Wining the cultural and tourism as the ultimate goal are proposed; the countermeasure of taking tourism as a mean, mechanism as a guarantee are proposed.
