不同浓度利多卡因胶浆在普通胃镜检查中麻醉、祛泡效果的随机对照研究

摘　　要：目的探讨不同浓度利多卡因胶浆在普通胃镜检查中的的麻醉及祛泡效果。方法将1009例接受普通胃镜检查患者随机分为试验组和对照组。试验组507例,检查前5min予以50mL水将利多卡因胶浆原液(盐酸利多卡因胶浆10mL,内含盐酸利多卡因0.2g)稀释后口服;对照组502例,检查前5min予以利多卡因胶浆原液口服,分别观察记录两组的麻醉及祛泡效果并对结果进行统计分析。结果试验组祛泡效果优于对照组间,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组间麻醉效果比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者均无过敏及反流误吸等并发症。结论胃镜检查前将利多卡因胶浆1支加入50mL水稀释后口服,在不影响麻醉润滑效果的前提下提高了胃内祛泡效果,该方法具有安全性及有效性。Objective To investigate the effect of different concentrations of lidocaine mucilage in the general anesthesia and foam removal of gastroscopy. Methods 1009 patients who received general gastroscopy were randomly divided into experimen- tal group and control group. The experimental group had 507 cases, patients were treated with lidocaine mucilage（ lidocaine hydro- chloride mucilage lOmL, containing lidocaine hydrochloride O. 2g）diluted with 50mL water orally 5min before the examination;the control group had 502 cases, patients were treated with lidocaine mucilage orally 5min before the examination. We observed and re- corded the effect of in two groups of anesthesia and foam removal and made statistical analysis of the results. Results The effect of foam removal of experimental group was better than that of the control group ,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P 〈0. 05）. There was no significant difference between the two groups in the effect of anesthesia（ P 〉 0. 05 ）. The two groups had no complications such as allergy and regurgitation. Conclusion Before the examination, 1 lidocaine mucilage was add- ed to 50mL water to dilute and was oral used,the effect of gastric foam removal was improved under the premise of not affecting the effect of anesthetic lubrication, and this method is safe and effective..
