多烯磷脂酰胆碱注射液预防乳腺癌TAC方案化疗所致肝损伤疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探究乳腺癌患者在行TAC方案化疗过程中应用多烯磷脂酰胆碱注射液预防肝损伤的临床效果,为临床乳腺癌治疗提供参考。方法我院2014年5月至2016年5月期间收治的128例行TAC方案化疗的乳腺癌患者应用不同预防方案预防肝损伤,对比预防效果。结果治疗前两组患者各指标如ALT、AST、TBIL等差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);予以不同治疗方案后,试验组与对照组患者间上述指标差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者并发症发生及复发情况,如恶心、震颤及复发率等均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多烯磷脂酰胆碱注射液可有效避免乳腺癌TAC方案化疗所致的肝损伤,显著减轻患者的各项肝功能指标的异常变化,且避免肝损伤复发及并发症的发生,应广泛推广。Objective To explore the clinical effect of polyene phosphatidylcholine injection in the prevention of liver in- jury in patients with breast cancer in the course of TAC chemotherapy, and proride reference for the treatment of breast cancer. Methods In our hospital from May 2014 to May 2016,128 patients with breast cancer treated with TAC regimen used different preventive measures to prevent liver injury, and the prevention effects were compared. Results All the indicators such as ALT, AST and TBIL in two groups showed no significant difference before treatment（P 〉 0. 05） ;and those indicators showed significant difference between the experimental and control groups after treatment （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The patients in the experimental group were treated with polyene phosphatidylcholine injection, and the incidence of complications and recurrence, such as nausea,tremor and recurrence rate in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group, and the difference was statistical- ly significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Polyene phosphatidylcholine injection can effectively avoid the liver injury caused by TAC chemotherapy regimen for breast cancer, significantly reduce the abnormal changes of liver function indexes of patients, and avoid recurrence and complications of liver injury, and should be widely promoted.
