摘 要:复合有机水硬性(multiplex organic hydraulicity,MOH)材料是以乳化沥青水泥胶浆为结合材料的混凝土,可以在高寒地区实现常温施工。为了确定合理的碾压施工工艺参数,文章对该材料的压实特性进行了研究。分别采用室内旋压和静压2种方法对试件进行压实成型,分析了表征压实特性的密实度参数和成型试件的压实效果,结果表明旋压试件的均密实度达94.7%,静压试件的均密实度达94.1%,旋压成型试件的集料颗粒压碎率较静压少,旋压试件的压实效果略优于静压试件。同时,研究了实验参数变化对压实过程特性的影响规律,表明压实次数或静压力增加时,压实速率呈逐渐下降趋势。基于压实功等效原理,将试件旋压做功转化为静压做功,而后通过3次样条曲线插值的拟合方法,获得等效静压压实过程中的静压功,从而获得MOH材料室内压实成型达到一定密实度所需的压实功。相关实验研究成果及旋静压压实功等效计算方法对实际碾压施工工艺及其参数的确定具有重要的参考意义。Multiplex organic hydraulicity(MOH) material is a kind of concrete with the bonding materi- al of emulsified asphalt cement mortar. It can be used in the construction in the alpine region at nor- mal temperature. In order to determine the rolling compaction process parameters of this material, the compaction characteristics were studied. The gyratory and static compaction molding methods were employed. Both of the compactness and compaction effect which represent the compaction characteris- tics were analyzed. It was concluded that average compactness of the gyration compaction specimens reached 94. 7% and average compactness of the static compaction specimens reached 94. 1%. The crushed mineral aggregate particles of the gyratory compaction specimens were less than those of the static compaction specimens. So the gyratory compaction specimens had better compaction effect than the static compaction specimens. The effect rule of the variation of experiment parameters on the com- paction process characteristics was researched. The results indicated that the compaction rate de- creased gradually with the increasing static pressure or the increasing compaction number. According to the equivalence principle of compaction power, the gyratory compaction power was equivalent to the static compaction power. The static compaction power of the material was calculated through the fitting of cubic spline interpolation. FinalIy, the required indoor compaction power of MOH material specimen for reaching the specific compactness was calculated. The related experimental research results and the numerical calculation method of the equivalence of gyratory and static compaction can provide reference for determining actual rolling construction process and parameters.
