摘　　要：采用分层抽样方法对河北省45所二、三甲医院6 013名卫生技术人员问卷调查,结果显示三甲医院各专业人员实际参加平均值都高于二甲医院人员,两级医院各专业人员的期望参加项目数都高于实际参加数1个以上,二甲医院人员认为互联网远程教育项目和本院举办的省级项目是适合的教育项目,三甲医院人员认为本院举办的国家级项目和本院举办的省级项目是适合的教育项目。开展继续医学教育对个人技术提升和医院服务能力增强具有促进作用,这在三甲医院反映更为突出,应进一步落实相关制度,增加教育投入,提高继续医学教育资源的利用质量。Stratified sampling is applied to 6 013 medical workers in 45 2A and 3A grade hospitals based on questionnaire survey in Hebei province .Results show that the average number of the education courses of actual participation of medical workers in 3A grade hospitals is higher than that of 2A grade hospitals, The expect numbers of participation in the 2 level hospitals are higher than the actual numbers of participation , and the expect numbers of participation are higher than the actual numbers of more than 1. Medical workers in 2A grade hospitals believe that the Internet remote education courses and the provincial education courses organized by their hospitals are suitable courses, And medical Workers in 3A grade hospitals believe that the national level educational courses and the provincial courses organized by their hospitals are suitable education courses. Continuing medical education plays an important role in promoting personal technical ability and enhancing hospital service ability, that is more prominent in 3A grade hospitals. Further implementation of the relevant education system and increasing input in continuing medical education are the measures to improve the quality of the utilization of the resource of continuing medical education.
