摘　　要：简单设计的案例式教学在妇产科临床教学中的缺憾日益凸显。优化案例式教学法包含两个层面的含义:(1)案例设计更加典型、真实而贴近临床,诊疗经过更加科学严谨;(2)实施案例式教学法手段更丰富有效。优化案例式教学法将在妇产科临床前教育中发挥更加积极的作用,适应医学教育改革。The shortcoming of the simple design case teaching in clinical teaching of obstetrics and gynecology is increasingly prominent. The optimization case teaching method contains two meanings： first, the case design is more typical, true and close to the clinical, the diagnosis and treatment is more scientific and rigorous. Secondly, the implementation of the case-based teaching method is more effective. The optimization of case teaching method will play a more active role in the pre-clinical education of obstetrics and gynecology, and adapt to the reform of medical education.
