阿托伐他汀联合阿司匹林治疗脑卒中对GAP-43与VEGF水平的影响

摘　　要：目的分析阿托伐他汀联合阿司匹林治疗脑卒中对神经生长相关蛋白43与血管内皮生长因子表达水平的影响。方法随机选择82例脑卒中患者作为研究对象。观察组采用阿托伐他汀联合阿司匹林治疗,对照组单独采用阿司匹林治疗,对比两组患者治疗前后NIHSS评分、临床疗效及治疗前后GAP-43、VEGF表达水平。结果观察组患者的NIHSS评分和基本痊愈率、总有效率均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗前后GAP-43、VEGF表达水平下降程度较对照组明显(P<0.05)。结论阿托伐他汀联合阿司匹林的使用加速了患者血管、神经元和细胞的再生,促进患者愈合的进程。Objective To investigate the effect of atorvastatin combined with aspirin on the expression of neurotrophic protein-related protein 43 and vascular endothelial growth factor （VEGF） in stroke, Methods 80 cases of patients with stroke were randomly divided into two groups according to the observation group and the control group. The levels of GAP-43 and VEGF, NIHSS score, clinical efficacy were compared before and after treatment. Results The NIHSS score, the basic cure rate and the total effective rate of the observation group were better than those of the control group （P〈0.05）. The level of GAP-43 and VEGF in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The use of atorvastatin combined with aspirin accelerates the regeneration of blood vessels, neurons and cells, promotes the healing process of patients.
