摘　　要：卓越法律人才培养计划对人才实践培养机制做了较为原则性的设置,微观化的培养机制与措施留待各培养基地予以探索。然实践中对卓越法律人才培养出现同质化、模糊化倾向,使得对于卓越法律人才核心素养的形成出现忽视。法学教育改革的现代化使得在卓越法律人才后续实施中需以程式化的流程塑造和确立论辩能力在卓越法律人才培养中的核心地位。The plan of talent practice training mechanism to do a more principled set for cultivating excellent legal talents cultivation, mechanism and measures of the micro training base to explore. However in the practice of excellent legal talent training appear homogeneous, fuzzy tendency, makes for the formation of the core quality excellence law talents. Ignore the legal education reform the modernization of the core position in the subsequent implementation of outstanding legal talent needs to the stylized process shaping and argumentation ability in establishing excellent legal talent training.
