摘　　要：介绍了医院围绕医药价格改革，修订绩效考核方案，开发了手术信息采集系统，以准确采集择期手术、日间手术、门诊手术工作量等信息，用于完善以手术工作量为基础的绩效考核方案，调动医护人员积极性，提升服务质量。Covered in the paper is the development of the hospital＇s surgical information acquisition system during the healthcare reform and upgrading of its performance assessment scheme. Such a system is designed to precisely collect surgery scheduling, daytime surgery, and outpatient surgery workload, conducive to developing a performance assessment scheme based on surgery workload, motivating medical workers, and improving quality of care.
