长沙市“蚁族”医疗保险状况及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的:调查长沙市"蚁族"医疗保险现况并分析其影响因素。方法:采用多阶段随机抽样方法抽取样本,通过面对面访谈了解"蚁族"的一般情况和医疗保险状况,应用Epidata双核双录法建立数据库后导入SPSS13.0进行统计分析。结果:长沙市"蚁族"参保率为57.9%。学历(P=0.005)、平均每月医疗费用支出(P=0.005)、是否关注长沙的医保政策(P=0.006)、单位是否组织员工购买医疗保险(P=0.000)是长沙市"蚁族"参保的主要影响因素。结论:社会保障部门应当加大对医疗保险政策的宣传力度,并督促各类企业、事业单位主动替员工购买医疗保险,加强落实长沙市医保相关政策。Objective To survey the status of 'YiZu' in Changsha and analyze the influential factors on their participation in Medicare.Methods The study sampled by sampling random methods and used stepwise logistic regression model with the data for multivariate analysis to identify the influential factors on the participation in Medicare of 'YiZu' in Changsha City.Results The participation in Medicare of 'YiZu' in Changsha had a low percent of 57.9%,four factors affected 'YiZu' in Changsha City to participate in Medicare: the educational history(P=0.005),the average monthly medical expenses(P=0.005),weather the employers organized purchasing Medicare or not(P=0.000)and weather concerned about the city's policy on health insurance or not(P=0.006).Conclusion Labor and social security departments should increase propaganda of Medical insurance policies in Changsha and urge all types of enterprises,institutions to take the initiative to organize employees to purchase medical insurance.
