摘　　要：近十来年,借助美德伦理学的复兴,当代西方法律理论中掀起了一股美德法理学的学术讨论兴趣,力图对法律的目标与本质以及合法的裁决标准做出更深刻的回答,而贯穿其中的一个核心议题就是关于法律与美德之间的关系。美德法理学的学术理解为我们理解德法关系提供了一个极富启发性的理论视角。Benefiting from the academic wisdom of the revival of virtue ethics, in recent years, contemporary law theory has put forward the conception of virtue jurisprudence. The most important issue that virtue jurisprudence focuses on is the relationship between law and morality. The academic understanding of virtue jurisprudence can afford an instructive theoretical perspective on the grasping of the relationship between law and morality.
