摘　　要：中国传统文化蕴含着丰富的法治资源,深入挖掘并正确解读古代法治思想,有利于实现建设社会主义法治国家的总目标。本文试图通过对古代"礼法合治"思想的剖析,在梳理传统治国方式的过程中,探究其对中国特色社会主义法治建设蕴含的借鉴意义。Chinese traditional culture contains rich resources of law. Deeply digging into and correctly interpreting the ancient legal thought is conducive to realizing the overall goal of building a legal socialist country. This paper attempts to explore the reference of the ancient legal thought ＂governing with the combination of law and etiquette＂ to the construction of contemporary legal socialist country with Chinese characteristics.
